Farm Bounty Dinner


One of the joys of running this family farm is that when we have dinner guests it’s a pleasure to cook with the great ingredients that we have on hand.  Tonight’s menu?

Pork shoulder roast in a sherry/soy glazed, homemade bread from emmer grains, and baby lettuce….got to go pick that now before the sun gets too hot!
